Sky Vegetables Team

The Sky Vegetables management team comprises a dedicated and experienced group of leaders who understand the imperative behind creating solutions to our global food, energy and water crisis. The team brings together experts in business development, construction, green building design and sustainable agriculture practices.

Robert Fireman, President, is a practicing attorney, an investor and developer of new businesses across a variety of industries. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Fireman was the founder of Consumer Card Marketing (CCM), the pioneer of card based, stored value, loyalty and gift programs. Mr. Fireman has represented both well established and start- up companies in all aspects of their corporate development and ongoing legal requirements.

Ronald Simons, Chairman, is a real estate developer who has worked in the industry for 45 years. Mr. Simon has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, including financial development and regulatory approvals, and has established strong relationships with local, municipal and state governments.

Keith Agoada, Founder, has researched and or visited many of the world’s top urban agriculture projects and is an internationally recognized leader in the movement to create solutions to the global food, energy and water crises.

John Domino, Chief Operating Officer, served as SUPERVALU's Vice-President of Real Estate, Store Development and Environmental Stewardship for the past sixteen years. He is a former chairman of the Food Marketing Institute's (FMI) Retail Store Development Committee and a founding member of FMI's Sustainability Task Force. John received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rita Glassman, Vice President, brings more than twenty-five years of management experience across the for-profit and non-profit sectors. As the founder of the National Youth Sports Safety Foundation, Inc., she has worked with the American Red Cross and the USOC to develop educational programs.

Neil S. Raymond, Jr. (Jed), Director of Real Estate, was the previous Director of Marketing and Leasing at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes of New England. He has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions, permitting, design, development and marketing. Jed received his Masters in Real Estate Development and Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Joe Swartz, Director of Farming, has spent 24 years in the hydroponics industry. Operating Swartz Family Farm in Amherst, Massachusetts, he has personally logged over 43,000 hours of greenhouse time and has performed consulting services for growers nationwide. Mr. Swartz is the creator of “Fresh*Local*Pure” and HarvestTrader.com, innovative marketing programs designed to assist produce growers to effectively market their products.

Blythe Selby, Director of Marketing, brings 20 years experience working with National Retailers, Wholesale Clubs, Groceries and Drug Stores on the development of unique products, and services to his role as Director of Marketing.
